Curso teorico de programación de unidades de motor y caja de cambios. Durante la jornada se explicará el proceso paso a paso para la potenciación y reprogramación de una unidad de motor. Como novedad este 2026 veremos brevemente los diferentes sistemas de postratamiento tales como SCR, DPF y EGR y veremos como se gestiona la parte electronica de estos sistemas. Asi mismo haremos una introducción a los sistemas de inmovilización del vehículo.

Incluido: Acceso al curso, temario y documentación técnica, certificación y almuerzo.

Horario:  Modalidad intensiva. 9am hasta 6pm con tiempo de almuerzo y breves descansos intermedios.

¿Qué contenido aprenderé en la formación?

  • Date: June 28 and 29, 2024
  • Place: Friday 28: Avd. Industria, 3, Tres Cantos, Madrid – Saturday 29: (Practices on dynamometer) Avd. Montes de Oca, 20 Nave 15.
  • Included: Access to the course, syllabus and technical documentation, certification, lunch on Friday and Saturday.
  • Schedule:
    • Friday 28, start at 9am in the indicated room. Lunch at 2pm. 15:30 continuation until the completion of Friday’s agenda.
    • Saturday 29th, start at 9am in the development room. We will write and test the programmed vehicle on the dynamometer in our development room. We estimate to finish Saturday around 1pm.

Training course in electronic programming of engine ECUs 100% live, focused on providing participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and modify the electronics of engine control units, in which the student will learn to understand the operation and internal management of the unit and how to modify the parameters safely.

  1. Course objectives:
    • To understand the operation of engine ECUs and their importance in the electronic management of vehicles.
    • Learn the techniques for reading, interpreting and modifying calibration maps.
    • Master the use of software for ECU programming.
    • Develop skills to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic motor control systems.
  2. Course syllabus:
    • Fundamentals of automotive electronics and ECU.
    • Sensors and actuators in electronic motor control systems.
    • ECU reading and writing techniques.
    • Types of engine optimization strategies.
    • Interpretation and modification of calibration maps.
    • Tuning and optimization of electronic engine management.
    • Case studies and practical exercises on:
            • Light diesel vehicle.
            • Gasoline vehicle.
            • Heavy Vehicle
    • Questions and answers

 

  1. Modality and duration: 12 hours divided in two days – Important: in addition to this time we will include one hour in each day for the resolution of doubts as well as an intermediate break every hour and a half.
  2. Prerequisites: Previous knowledge in electronics, mechanics, programming or other areas relevant to the course, we also recommend watching our free basic training video on YouTube “Introduction to electronic programming”, as it will serve as a basis as we explain all the basic concepts, units of measurement and basic parameters.
  3. Target audience: Automotive professionals, mechanics and tuning and vehicle modification enthusiasts.
  4. Certification and recognition: The completion of our training course will grant certification on the overcoming of the same, with the delivery of certificate signed by the trainer and sealed by our company, likewise the trainer is duly certified by the manufacturer of the tools used.
