The Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 63 S AMG is equipped with a powerful 5.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that in its original version delivers 430 kW of maximum power and more than 800 Nm of torque. The vehicle we analyzed is equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive . ReproRACE technicians studied this tuning practice specifically for this engine in order to improve performance and optimize consumption, without compromising the reliability of the vehicle.
To the untrained eye, this may look like just another luxury sedan, but don’t be fooled: the E-Class 63 S AMG is a monster with more than 600 hp and 800 Nm of torque. This practice, conceived and developed by ReproRACE technicians, will allow you to increase the torque and maximum power of the E 63 S-Class engine and optimize fuel consumption. Here, in fact, you will find all the practical instructions essential to complete the tuning procedure of the vehicle in question. In this approximately 50-minute video lesson, you will be provided with valuable information before proceeding with the reprogramming; you will follow the modification procedure in the ECM Titanium software; and you will evaluate the increase in performance and diagnostics after writing the modified file. The unique 5.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine fitted in the E-Class 63 S AMG is a true mechanical marvel – powering it with guaranteed results is a source of pride that all programmers would like to boast about! In addition, this engine also fits other Mercedes-Benz vehicles with incredible performance. This practice is therefore an excellent starting point for modifying vehicles with the same engine and control unit considered here. It does not matter whether you are a beginner or an expert tuner: the information contained in this example will be equally valuable to you. The former will be able to immediately modify a vehicle with outstanding performance, the latter will have a good starting point to develop his custom modified file. Become a professional tuner and make your Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 63 S AMG even more incredible!

A lesson of about 50 minutes, consisting of 3 sections:
First section:
in this part of the example we will describe the vehicle characteristics by listing version, equipment, year of manufacture, traction and type of gearbox. Then we indicate all vehicles – even from different car manufacturers – equipped with the same engine or similar version; immediately after that, the specifications of the engine control unit will be specified in detail: i.e. the identification data and the versions for the emission classes. In addition, we discuss the types of connection with Chiptuning tools – which are useful for reassignment – indicating the protocols of use, the available functions and giving some practical advice for editing operations. Finally, the structure of the original file is presented, indicating the addresses and the different areas.
Second section:
this part deals directly with the reallocation practice. After a brief introduction, we present the summary list of the maps to be modified, the ReproRACE modification method and its specific application to the vehicle in question. By following the wizard of this online training, you will be able to create a mapping that will ensure high performance and guaranteed reliability.
Third section:
this last part is dedicated to the discovery of the potentialities of this remapping practice: the new enhancements, compared to the original settings of the vehicle in a precise and detailed table, effectively clarify how this empowerment practice is effective and surprising.
