The Diesel version of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class has a strong sporty character, both in style and performance. ReproRACE has developed a successful procedure that achieves a substantial improvement in torque production, which makes our A-Class even more attractive.

What is in this course?

To guide you on this path, in the first part you will be shown very detailed information about the vehicle in question, the engine and the control unit (along with its variants), as well as the structure of the original file and the communication modes to connect the vehicle to the Chiptuning tools. Finally, you will have access to the results of performance and diagnostic tests.

A lesson of about 30 minutes, consisting of 3 sections:

First section:

in this part of the course we will describe the characteristics of the vehicle listing version, equipment, year of production, traction and type of gearbox. In the following, we list all vehicles – even from different car manufacturers – equipped with the same or similar engine version; immediately afterwards, the specifications of the engine control unit will be specified in detail: i.e. the identification data and the versions for the emission classes. In addition, we talk about the types of connection with chiptuning tools, which are useful for reprogramming, indicating the protocols of use, the available functions and giving some practical advice for editing operations. Finally, the structure of the original file is presented, indicating the addresses and the different zones.

Second section:

this part directly addresses the practice of reassignment. After a brief introduction, we present the summary list of the maps to be modified, the ReproRACE modification method and its specific application to the vehicle in question. By following the wizard in this online course, you will be able to create a mapping that will ensure high performance and guaranteed reliability.

Third section:

this last part is dedicated to the discovery of the potential of this reprogramming practice: the new magnifications, compared to the original settings of the vehicle in a precise and detailed picture, effectively clarify how this remapping practice is effective and surprising.
